"When we were in the market to buy a house, we were referred to Don Seo. Don listened to our needs, which limited us to a very small area and a small number of potential homes. He did not try to talk us into anything we said we didn’t want. He explained that the market was very hot and that houses in our area were selling within hours of going on the market. Don told us what we would need to do to succeed in buying a house. He arranged for a lender so we could see how much house we could afford.

Don monitored the market in our area several times a day. Once he called us at 6 pm to tell us about a house that had just come on the market an hour earlier. We were able to see it that night.

We made offers on two homes but lost them.

We made an offer on a third house, but the sellers sat on the offers (a dozen or more) for several days. Don kept talking to the other real estate agent trying to find a way to make our offer more attractive. He wrote a letter explaining our special needs and why we really needed this home. The sellers accepted our offer because of that letter. At least two other offers were significantly higher than ours.

I initially called several real estate agencies, but was not able to find an agent willing to provide good service until we found Don.
